We are happy to facilitate exchanges! Our exchange policy for online purchases lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. 

RE:DO-

Re:Do is an exchange portal allowing an easy exchange process.  A non-refundable charge of $1.98 is added to your cart at checkout.  This fee will provide you with a free label for as many exchanges you need.  If you decide to opt out of the $1.98 fee you will be responsible for exchanging the items at your own expense and item must be received within the exchange window of 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged. All items marked as "Sale" "Clearance" or "Markdown(s)" are final sale and are included in this policy.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Please note that this policy is in effect for all items purchased

We will not accept exchanges with smoke, visibly used/worn or damaged.
